This is what a geofence actually does

Draw a zone around a depot, a customer site or a berth. Every time a vehicle crosses the boundary, the platform records it and can alert whoever needs to know — no one has to be watching a screen.

What does iTrack do?
iTrack is a Singapore GPS fleet management and vehicle telematics provider, operating since 2008. We connect vehicles, assets and sensors to a web platform and provide the tracking, reporting, safety and integration tools that fleets use to run day to day — covering productivity, safety, fuel and cost, maintenance, compliance and integration.
Which GPS devices does iTrack support?
The platform reads over 200 tracker protocols, covering most mainstream wired, OBD, battery and solar devices, plus fuel level sensors, temperature probes, door and load sensors, and RFID or iButton driver ID readers. Send us the brand and model of what you have — or a photo of the unit — and we will tell you within a business day whether we can read it. If a protocol is not yet supported we can usually add it.
Do I have to replace my existing trackers to switch to iTrack?
Usually not. For most trackers, pointing the device at our server is a remote SMS or over-the-air configuration change — no workshop visit, no downtime, no new hardware cost. We can run both systems in parallel until you are satisfied, and where your current provider will release it, migrate your historical trip data so your reports do not restart from zero.
Where is my data stored?
On infrastructure located in Singapore and operated by us. Positions, events, sensor readings and dashcam media stay onshore. You can retrieve your data through the reporting tools at any time, and if you leave, your devices remain yours.
Can iTrack integrate with my ERP or existing software?
Yes. We expose a documented REST API and push events by webhook, and we have built connectors into ERP, WMS, TMS and payroll systems. Where the connector you need does not exist, we write the middleware in-house — the same team that answers your support call. We also forward vehicle and geofence events to the APSG staging ground system.
Is iTrack eligible for the PSG grant?
iTrack is a pre-approved solution under the Productivity Solutions Grant. Eligible Singapore SMEs can claim up to 50% of qualifying cost, capped at S$30,000 per business entity per grant year. The critical point is sequence: you must apply on the Business Grants Portal before you sign or pay. Ask us for a PSG-ready quotation first.
What does it cost?
Pricing depends on fleet size, which hardware you already have, and which modules you need — tracking alone costs very differently from tracking plus AI video plus fuel sensors. Tell us your fleet size and the two problems costing you the most and we will quote only those. If you are PSG-eligible, we will format the quotation for the grant application.
How long does installation take?
If you already have compatible trackers, a remote reconfiguration can be same-day. For new installations, timing depends on fleet size and vehicle availability — we schedule around your operations so vehicles come off the road in batches rather than all at once.
What is fleet telematics?
Telematics means monitoring vehicles, equipment and other assets using GPS and on-board data, and plotting that activity on a map with reporting built on top. For a working fleet it is more than dots on a map: it covers driver safety, fuel and idling, vehicle health, job completion and regulatory compliance.
What uptime does iTrack commit to?
Our published Terms of Service state a service availability level of 99.5% for the SaaS platform, measured monthly and excluding scheduled maintenance notified in advance. Subscriber data remains the sole and exclusive property of the subscriber, and personal information and recording files are stored on secure servers located in Singapore.
Does iTrack back up my fleet data?
Yes. We maintain backup and disaster recovery procedures for subscriber data and review them periodically. We do not publish the technical detail of our backup architecture, because doing so would constrain our ability to improve it and would disclose information relevant to platform security. Where a procurement, audit or tender process requires it, a description of our current arrangements is available on request under a non-disclosure agreement.
Am I locked into a long contract?
No. Our Terms of Service do not renew automatically. After the initial term the service continues month-to-month at the same fees, and you can end it at any time on 30 days' written notice with no early-termination charge. Fees are fixed during the initial term; once you are month-to-month we would give you 30 days' notice of any change, and you can leave before it takes effect. If you would prefer a further fixed term for budgeting or a grant application, we issue a new order form and it only starts when you sign it.
Can I get my data out of iTrack?
Yes. While your subscription is active you can retrieve your data at any time through the platform's reporting tools, without charge, without asking us, and with no limit on how often. Data comes out report by report rather than as one consolidated file, and the reports and download formats available depend on the platform your account runs on. If you need a large-volume extract, ask us and we will help where we reasonably can. Access to the reporting tools ends on the effective date of termination, so download what you need before your subscription ends. Your devices remain yours either way.
